Purchaser & Seller Information
Overview
A professional home inspection by Homespec gives you an independent, unbiased education about a home so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, however, most inspections take between two and a half to three hours. During this time, all aspects of the home will be inspected, evaluated, and tested where possible. Digital photographs will be taken throughout the home and used to document any issues in the Inspection Report.
We take our inspection reports seriously. This is an important distinction when comparing inspectors. We spend 2-3 hours creating, editing, and arranging each report. The report is created on a computer and presented in an easy to read format that documents every aspect of the home. The report will be made available to you by the evening of the day of the inspection in most cases by e-mail. Hard copy reports are available upon request.
A free telephone consultation after your inspection is encouraged.
